Van Man Removals

The personal story

of a growing family business
Client: Van Man Removals
Role: Shoot, edit, direct

“How do you make a removals company look interesting?” was the question posed to me by Van Man Removals’ proprietor Mike Bradley. He commissioned me to make a film about his company with the additional briefing note “I don’t want this to be cheesy!”.

What was immediately obvious was that this was a client achieving great success in his business without a trace of arrogance. There was a tangible commitment to delivering a high-end service for a competitive price.  I felt this quiet confidence should be reflected in the film.  I spend around three days with Mike and his team as they moved people’s possessions from A to B, the resulting film is a very personal story which I feel distinguishes Van Man Removals from its competition.
